1. User Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the app.

  • You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.

  • Users registering on behalf of a business (restaurant, cloud kitchen, etc.) must have appropriate authorization.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must register by providing accurate personal or business information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Myno reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts with false or incomplete data.

3. Service Use

  • Myno acts as a technology platform to connect users with restaurants and delivery partners.

  • Myno is not responsible for the food preparation or delivery timelines of third-party restaurants.

  • Users agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or disrupt operations.

4. Order and Delivery

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after confirmation, except under specific conditions.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on traffic, weather, or restaurant delays.

  • Users agree to be available at the delivery address to receive orders.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are as provided by restaurants and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Myno reserves the right to levy delivery charges, surge fees, or platform charges.

  • Payment options include UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds will be issued only in specific cases such as:

    • Order not delivered.

    • Wrong or damaged food items.

    • Cancellation by the restaurant or delivery partner.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. User Conduct

  • Users must not engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior towards support staff, delivery partners, or restaurant employees.

  • Any misconduct can lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and technology used in the Myno app are the property of RKMyno Services Private Limited.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

  • By using Myno, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • We use data for service improvement, fraud detection, and analytics.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Myno is not liable for:

    • Food quality, quantity, or hygiene standards.

    • Delays due to third-party partners.

    • Losses due to account misuse.

11. Termination

  • Myno may suspend or terminate access without notice for breach of terms, misuse, or illegal activity.

  • Users may delete their account at any time through the app.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Suryapet, Telangana.
